Himalaya Coco Butter Intensive Body Lotion – My Experience
This year Winter was quiet harsh, making my already dry skin even more dryer. Coco Butter has always worked for me, and that is why I bought this body lotion. I loved the fragrance, and all, but when it comes to moisturizing it didn’t show the desired results. I feel this one was meant more for the summer and not winter ( will keep the remaining cream and try in Apr-may)
Pros and Cons of Himalaya Coco Butter Body Lotion
– Good sturdy package
– Nice fragrance- stays on for a long time
– Absorbs in couple of minutes
– Non Greasy, does not leave residue
– Maybe good for summer
– Didn’t moisturize- Not suitable for dry skin
– Not chemical free- has paraben and other chemicals
For me this was a very average product. It did not work on my extra dry skin. Also, it contains paraben. So a little disappointed. I will anyways use the rest of it in summer and see if it works then.
Edit- 17th Dec 2018– As mentioned earlier in this post, I did try this again in summer. Although it did not make my skin dry as it did during winter, it was still not very hydrating. Skin still looked lifeless. I read so many reviews saying that the lotion is very moisturising, so I am still surprised that it didn’t work for me.
